How my art prints are made

Museum-grade prints

My prints are produced to the highest standard using the very latest technology and finest materials.

  • The Epson UltraChrome® pigment inks are fade-resistant and offer an unbeatable archival lifespan of up to 200 years.

  • The prints are made on heavy, acid-free, 100% cotton Hahnemühle Fine Art papers which produce outstanding printing results and offer a high age-resistance of over 100 years. My favorite papers are Hahnemühle PhotoRag® for a velvety matt finish, and Hahnemühle Pearl® for a lightly textured and satin finish.

Hahnemühle is an internationally acclaimed german papermaker who has been producing unrivalled premium papers since 1584. Their premium papers are iconic and were used by the greatest artists, such as Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dalí.

Very limited editions

My art prints are always produced in very limited editions of 30 pieces maximum (sometimes even less), which means that only that amount will ever be printed, regardless of paper type and size. This scarcity increases the value and collectibility of each piece.

Occasionally, some artworks are released as one-off prints per size, meaning that only one print will ever exist in the size mentioned.

Each print is signed and numbered, and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Sustainable art

The environmental impact of my art print production really matters to me. In order to minimise it, I have carefully chosen the brands and companies I’m working with.

My prints are produced and shipped by The Print Space, a premium UK based fine art printer with facilities in London, Düsseldorf and New York, that is committed to being end-to-end carbon neutral. From manufacturing to delivery, they minimise their energy usage and use suppliers of renewable energy. And regarding the unavoidable carbon emissions, they offset them via The Gold Standard, and help fund projects for a safer climate and more sustainable world.

But being carbon neutral is not the whole story : they are also concerned about plastic pollution. The materials they use to produce your orders have been carefully selected to reduce their impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your orders get to you in perfect condition.

Finally, regarding the paper-making, the Hahnemühle manufactures only use resources from sustainable forest management areas. This program ensures the preservation and protection of biodiversity, the renewal of the forests habitats and decreasing of the impacts of exploitation of forest areas for future generations. The paper made at their mills is certified for the traceability of the wood fibres from an origin of non-threatened forests.

My prints are masterfully produced, carefully packed and safely shipped by The Print Space, one of Europe’s leading professional fine art printers, with facilities in London, Düsseldorf and New York.

First, your fine art print is covered with recyclable tissue paper, eliminating the danger of any scratches or folds.

Shipping

Your order is then placed into a robust 100% sustainably sourced recyclable cardboard envelope or tube, ensuring your print is delivered safely.

The team always manipulates the prints extremely carefully, using cotton gloves (which I also recommend you do when unpacking your order).
